OUR MISSION is to be and make disciples who are growing in union with God and each other as we encounter, enjoy and express Jesus together, everywhere God sends us.
CORE VALUES – The passionate, biblical convictions that shape our lives and ministry as we actively depend on the Spirit of God. These values prioritize all we do and rarely change.
Joyful Union for the Glory of God – We believe God through Jesus Christ and by His Spirit is redeeming for Himself a people who will glorify Him by enjoying and growing in their union with Him and each other forever. We believe that joyful union with God and each other for the glory of God is a central and indispensible aspect of our spiritual growth and ministry (Ps 16:11; 27:4; 32:11; 33:21; 34:8; 36:8; 73:25-26; 85:6; Jn 14:1-3; 15:8-11; 17:3, 20-26; Eph 1:3-14; Phil 4:4; 1 Thess 5:9-10; Rev 21:3).
Biblical Worldview – We believe God tells us the story of our redemption in the Bible. Our desire is that this biblical story would become the lens through which we see all reality and that the Spirit would use it to guide us in every aspect of our lives and ministry (Jn 17:17; 2 Tim 3:14-17; Heb 4:12).
Be/Make Disciples – We greatly desire to participate with God in His story of redemption. For this reason, we want to develop and deploy disciples of Jesus who are equipped to develop and deploy others. (Mt 28:19-20; Jn 13:35; Eph 4:12-13; Heb 5:11-14).
Authentic Gospel-Centered Community – We believe disciples of Jesus are meant to share life and grow together in community with the gospel of Jesus at the center. The gospel frees us to be truthful and transparent with our sin and failures. The gospel also frees us to receive one another in love, to love one another tangibly, and to lovingly correct one another when necessary. Part of our ministry efforts at Enclave will focus on the facilitation of these types of relationships (Rom 12:9-16; Eph 2:13-22; 4:1-6, 15-16; Phil 2:1-4; Jas 5:13-16).
Worshipful Living – We believe that all of life can be lived as an act of worship to God. We want to love, worship and reflect God in the world with our whole being, including our mind, emotions, will, senses, productivity, and creativity. For this reason, we also desire to encounter and worship God with our whole being when we gather together and to think of creative ways to make that possible (Luke 10:27; Jn 4:23; Rom 12:1-2; Heb 13:15-16).
Missional Living – We believe the Church is not a place where we go, but rather, it is who we are. Our hearts’ desire is to be tangible expressions of Jesus corporately and individually in our homes, places of work, communities and overseas. God is sending us into the world so that everyone will encounter Jesus in and through us (Mt 9:35-38; Lk 19:10; Jn 17:18, 20:21; 2 Cor 5:17-21).
Compassion – We believe part of being a tangible expression of Jesus includes compassion for all people. We believe that every person is made in the image of God and is therefore infinitely valuable. For this reason, we want to extend arms of acceptance and compassion to others regardless of where they are in their life journey. (Gen 1:27; 9:6; Romans 2:4; Galatians 6:10).
Multiplication – We believe Christianity has always expanded through the multiplication of church assemblies, and we are committed to the intentional development of new leaders who will launch new fellowships (Acts 1:8, 14:21-23; Tit 1:5).
